Bug report: Nico Okarr unusable after Trooper chapter 2

After completing Chapter 2 with Trooper (Vanguard), the Nico Okarr companion is no longer usable.

I assume it has to do with the story line where specific companions are used in the storyline part at the ending of chapter 2, the rest being disabled temporary (just as Aric companion is injured and therefore N/A for a while).

So Niko was perfectly usable up to that part, but can no longer be summoned or used after chapter 2. It appears in the same tab as the ship service droid, but is totally unusable for any purpose.
