Bugs ingame

Hi, I just started playing SWTOR after taking a break for 2 years due to RL issues. Ever since downloading the game again I've noticed a multitude of bugs. Problems with loading certain types of gear have come up where the gear either shows up bright pink in color and pixelated or doesn't show up at all. The same with companions, like Ashara Zavros, where it hasn't seemed to load correctly.  Furthermore, I created a new Sith Warrior and after completing Korriban, I try to go to Fleet and the game shuts down on me completely and it shows an internal error message on my screen instead. What do you think I should do? I'm not a subscriber (preferred player) so I cant directly submit a ticket. Should I delete the game entirely and re download? Any suggestions would be helpful

    @Kavrose Ouch, all that pink's gotta be nasty on the eyes!
    I suspect that there's something going on there with how your graphics card's interacting with the game. May be that there's something corrupt within the game files themselves, or may be that your PC just isn't able to render certain cutscenes and content in-game.
    First thing to do is run a repair of the launcher (see here for instructions) and check here to make sure your setup meets the minimum requirements. If you have two graphics cards (one dedicated for gaming, one integrated for example) make sure the right one is being used to play the game!

    Next, you may want to contact SWTOR support directly by phone for further tech troubleshooting. They'd be able to help more, no doubt 😉
