C1 Error SWTOR

Hi,

I'm in Windows 11 and SWTOR is not running. I get the C1 error. Drivers are up to date. I tried to install the legacy DirectX thing that someone gave on another forum, but it says an equivalent or higher direct x is installed and did not install it. I have repaired the steam files. I have tried to do a safe boot but it would not give me internet even when I pressed the one with networking. Every time I restart my computer SWTOR works for a time but then crashes and when I try to restart I get the C1 error. I've changed the fullscreen to false and the D3DFullscreen to false and the RefreshRate to 60, and that did not work. I tried running in compatibility mode for windows XP 3 and that did not work. I do not have an option for desktop composition. I've installed the C++ thing. Nothing is working. I want to play this game with my brother. Anyone have any ideas?
