C5 Error: This Program Encountered an Internal Error and will Exit
Hello, I'm a SWTOR player experiencing issues with launching the game. I'm getting a C5 error: "This program encountered an internal error and will exit. Failed to load game assets. Please contact customer support." The game will launch, and after flashing twice on the Knights of the Fallen Empire screen, the game will crash. Today is the first time I have gotten this issue. Any ideas?
With the launcher closed , right mouse click on the game shortcut and select open file location
delete the bitraider folder and then start the launcher
