Can’t access the expansions
Just hit lvl 50 as a preferred player and have no access to the expansions. The mission console is grays out. I was a sub till just after onslaught launched.

With no swtor username to go on , your remaining option is to call swtor cs when the lines are available so they can check the account status

Have asked for feedback from CS , but i just realized that to start ROTHC expansion you do need to be level 51, could that be the issue ?

Did not receive ROTHC as F2P/Preferred with 50. (ROTHC starts with 51 not 50).
edit - yes this is the issue you need to be lvl 51
