I have never heard of this being done but only way to get an official answer will likely be to call them.
If this other account was only made 2 days ago then there cant be a lot holding you to it ?
If you have subscribed on this account, then I have heard of them shifting the subscription to another account however again can only be done by phone.

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc
