Can not Subscribe or get Purchases through Steam. Problem with account message

edit: for any steam purchase you will need to email screenshots per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message  but they will not be able to add any gametime until the account issue is resolved
