Hello, I have a question about cancel my SWTOR subscription. Its only has 6 days left(bought the 180 days sub), but i wanna cancel it. But i have looked for 45 minutes for the "cancel my subcription" button But i can't find it. Account created 09/28/2015 Next billing date: 06/23/2016 Meanwhile if i dont cancel my subscription I will be billed at 06/23/2016 and I wont wont that. Why has ea make it sooo difficult to cancel subscriptions?please help me!

@casvanderdoelenP Not sure how they can bill with no credit card details, at this stage I would say it is cancelled, see mine with the sub plan ticked etc hence the link shows to cancel it.

It appears there is no subscription to cancel, it disappears when no subscription and the sub types all say "buy now" instead of one being ticked.

Could it be that I deleted the CC information a few months back ago? If I added my CC information again will the cancel my subcription button be visable again? Or should I leave it as it is? Because they have no information of my CC right? therefore the subscription ends anyway?

What do you recommand?

They can't bill me right?

You could make an argument, that there the risk is not so big that it is accidentally pushed

There is no cancel subscription button on my screen. How do I cancel my subscription? I can't even see that I have a subscription, yet I was charged this month. >☹️

See if there's a "Show your payment history" button/link in the Subscription page there. If you don't have the button, but you're seeing charges on your payment method, I'd definitely recommend calling in to us, and possibly calling your bank if you suspect someone has obtained your card details.
