Canceled the quest, Fatal Errors – Heroic 2+. How to return to its original state?

@proxos666 did not help, the quest did not reset
can you provide a screenshot of your mission log ?
if you where on the Theoretika , you should of completed the heroic 2+ fatal errors and be on the next mission called Directive: Activate Assassination Protocols is that not the case ?
