Cancel SWTOR Subscription

How do you cancel a SWTOR subscription without calling the EA Help phone number?

If you have to call to cancel a SWTOR subscription, why does EA have it set up that way? In my opinion, calling is a waste of time and an inconvenience for your customers when EA could just set up a button to click on to cancel the SWTOR subscription. The difficulty in getting this far in my request does not make me want to continue doing business with EA in any capacity moving forward.
