Cannot add my prepaid card to my swtor account

Question

Hello. I am getting the following message when trying to redeem the code "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance." I have tried to call to no avail and obviously I cannot submit a ticket. So someone please lend me a hand.

Support managed to find the account with your character name , to fix the account issue you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open&nbsp;
