Support said the swtor account is ok , from their end payments are being rejected by your bank, could contact them and also say remove / re add the payment method, and make sure details are 100% correct etc

or try another payment method like paypal for example

If there is a possibility i want to be 100% sure that's problem on my end of things so can you ask them to check again and if everything seems ok i won't bother you about that.

Support said all the attempts they see are failing for the same reason: rejected by the bank. 

Looks like talking to the bank may be worthwhile to see if they can see why they are being rejected

Have you tried to add the card to paypal , and purchase via paypal ?
