Cannot log in after changing password

Question

I've changed my password twice now and it will not let me log in.&nbsp; Keeps saying The Display name, password or Security Key you have entered is incorrect.&nbsp; Please confirm your login info.&nbsp; I've done this multiple times.

i gather you have a security key ? what occurs if you leave the key blank , does it prompt to enter the key on another screen or does it come back as login failed ?
