I love this game so much.... again...

Hello. I have two accounts in the game (at the moment one with a subscription, the other is not) I played on an account with a subscription (on my main PC) and decided to launch the game on a laptop (my 2nd PC) by logging into the second account without a subscription, I haven't updated the game on the laptop for a long time, in the middle of the update I was thrown out of the game to the server selection screen (on the main PC), after which when I try to log into the game from both PCs and on two (different) accounts, I start an endless loading... Both accounts are linked to the same email. How can I solve this problem and what is the problem?

UPD on the official website of the game when trying to create a topic on the forum it says that I am banned....

  • Reach out to support when the lines are open and find out what type of ban is involved and if they can lift it or is it a TOS violation in which case the TOS team are the only ones able to lift a TOS ban

2 swtor accounts cannot use the same email address, although if its gmail the you @ gmail.com is seen as a different email if then using you @ googlemail.com even though both go to the same mailbox

  • I have been playing for quite a long time, and both accounts have always been linked to one email (gmail) (one-time passwords for entering come to my 1 email, no matter which of the game accounts I logged in to), but until today I have never tried to launch the game on two accounts at the same time. Unfortunately, I do not live in one of the countries where I can call support, and given that the official forum says that I am banned, I can only get help here, as I understand it...

upd I checked one of the accounts is attached as Gmail and the other is Googlemail, with a common mailbox... if this affects anything...

you can email communitysupport  @ swtor . com and enquire about just the forum ban, as not sure if it is related to the endless loading screen issue as that isnt normally related to an account ban as you wouldn't be able to login and a steam ban for example would still get you to the server select screen.

try tethering the laptop for example to your mobile phone and try playing via the GSM network ( not the home wifi via the mobile) this is to try and check a different internet connection

It could be a region issue , did see another post about endless loading screen on monday

Edit email is communitysupport  @ swtor . com

  • "you can email communitysupport  @ swtor . com "  I just can't, because as I wrote, now it says above in the forums that I'm banned (cant do anything at official forum also read posts) (I tried from both accounts), checking the Internet connection is pointless, since everything worked fine on both accounts and both PCs (when I logged in only on one account, it doesn't matter from either PC), but now both accounts freeze on endless loading when trying to log in, the problems appeared only today when I tried what was described in the first message, I don't play through Steam so I can't contact support through it.

I think the forum ban and the loading issue are not related to each other, think they are separate issues

  • I wouldn't link them together either if they hadn't happened at the same time and with both accounts, endless loading of both and a ban of both accounts on the forum.

What region are you living in ?

There are at present a number of reports for loading screen issues coming out of russia, this is not something swtor has done for that region

  • Yes, I live there, our government is probably again "improving the quality of our life" in our country, and this is the reason. I apologize if I seemed too harsh in my answers, and I thought that the reason was in the game itself - the developers (there were many previous problems with the game, they were like that for users in many countries). And they were solved by the developers. I also received a response on Gmail, where it was said that my accounts were not banned, which means the problem is in "my" region.... I will try to solve it somehow))
