Cannot log in due to account being suspended

Just to try and get a non-bot answer: no, I have not, to my knowledge, violated any ToS. No, my account has not been hacked (I have been playing just fine yesterday). I have not received any notices ...

you need to wait for a reply from the studio regarding the locked swtor accounts, nothing further is required at present.

If you have received an email from the TOS team then that is a different issue, if you have not received an email, the account is still being investigated

I've had the same issue since yesterday. Been a subscriber nonstop for years (since late 1.x) and have been using a security key that I only have access to. Yet after logging off Tuesday night, when I tried to log on Wednesday, the launcher said "There is a problem with your account. Please check your email for instructions." But I never received any email. LOL So, I tried logging into my account on SWTOR's website and got a message saying my account was suspended. So, I emailed swtor support and got a form letter as a reply, just stating my account is temporarily locked due to some security concerns. Huh? I can't have any security concerns. I'm the only one who uses my computer and I am the only one with my security key that I have never given out. I've never had a credit card linked to my account either. Always used game time cards up until they went to the Steam platform. Since then I've been paying via my Steam Wallet. My Steam account and Twitch account have been linked to my SWTOR account all along too.

I have the same situation, no one has access to the phone with the security code and my laptop, and even if they use it, my game is simply hidden and has no interest in the rest, so i suggest that frequent hacks have started to happen and we are one of those who have been checked or an attempt to "secure" us. in any case, we can't do anything, except hope for decent compensation, which is unlikely.
