Cannot log in due to account being suspended

Just to try and get a non-bot answer: no, I have not, to my knowledge, violated any ToS. No, my account has not been hacked (I have been playing just fine yesterday). I have not received any notices of suspension with the reason why.

Also, no, I cannot call the help line, as I am not in any of the countries that have them.

Please explain why I have lost access to the game I pay subscription fees for, ASAP.

you need to wait for a reply from the studio regarding the locked swtor accounts, nothing further is required at present.

If you have received an email from the TOS team then that is a different issue, if you have not received an email, the account is still being investigated

Same since yesterday. Mailed the support team and all that, got no answer yet though...

I got same issue in this last 24 hours, i sent an e-mail to CS and just now decided to try again to login on website. IT WORKED! Ban were revoked and i can play again as it was before!

No replies in my mailbox apart from that my ticket was created and started investigation.

The account is unblocked. There were still no notifications in the mail. Well, thanks for that.

My account was unsuspended some time on Friday (I was able to login and play,) but didn't get an email telling me it was until today/last night. Of course they didn't say why it was suspended in the first place except for a general explanation "Due to a global issue." WTF does that mean? LOL
