Missing Security Key Cartel Coin Grants

Hello,

I've had the security key linked to my account for several months. According to the my Cartel Coin Ledger, I received the monthly 100 coin in July and August, but then nothing for September-November. The grant only resumed today in December. 

Could support please check my account and restore the missing months? The ledger clearly shows the gap, and I've confirmed my security key is still active and working when I log in.
