Cannot purchase subscription

Coming back to the game after some time, changed passwords as people have suggested, have matching emails to both EA and the SWTOR accounts and nothing it still blocks any attempt at making a purchase by saying "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support" 

Seeing as EA support is non-existant how do I fix this?

    @RetroTurtlez 

    To fix the account issue for future purchases, You can try to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has been disabled and its data wiped (so it is not the EA account your posting on now)
    The linked ea account uses a "the same swtor email" , that email is a Hotmail email address same email as on your swtor  

    use this link (insert the Swtor Hotmail email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached

  • Ok nothing here really helpful yet maybe I wasnt clear? 

    I Can log in, in game. Account is not banned. Ea email is the same as my swtor account now. As some suggested

    I click in game open tab to buy subscription. 

    Make my selection and get error about not being able to purchase a subscription due to error on my Account. 

    So in short. Im not banned. The accounts are "linked" and Ea sucks absolute big ones in terms of user support. 

    Calling an international number is not going to be pretty for whoever answers the other end if I have to do this.

    swtor account displayname ?

    if it is for the swtor account "moosenutzz" there is no account issue , in which case try using incognito mode with chrome or delete the web browser cache and cookies

    if its not his account will need the account displayname to check the account for issues
