Cannot redeem codes

Question

There seems to be an issue with my account. When I try to redeem codes on https://account.swtor.com/user/codes, I get this error:

"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."

Being in Spain, there is no way I'm going to pay for up to an hour of international phone call.

Please help!

You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

when i checked the account they had no email from you , so have the codes handy when you call

As said in the original post, I'm not going to pay for 1 hour of international call. There has to be another solution...

I live in Australia , and vodafone mobiles offer free calls to the UK for example , even if i called with skype it costs me $ 1.80 for an hour call

The only option other then calling swtor support is to create a new swtor account , as no gametime can be added (not even by swtor support) to that swtor account until the issue is sorted , unfortunately the issue you have is resolved by phone only
