Howdy, i have played since launch and i'm getting sent to a maintenance screw when trying to pickup a subscription.
EA you're always gonna be garbage.
That error in the first screen is either a bank rejection or a purchasing block on the swtor account, given the code failure it sounds like a swtor account issue
the 2nd picture is a EA tick screen and they cannot help with swtor as they are separate support lines

then that is the best way forward, will flag here if any further information can be provided but emailing support@swtor.com is best at this point.

Ea owns swtor as Bioware is defunct. My account should not be disabled for purchasing... This is the error I got for the purchase of 2 month sub and when I tried to redeem my time card for 3 months.. (An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later.) Account Demthius. Yet even my history shows I have purchased the 2 month sub.. and I have proof of my purchase of said time card. I am in good standing with swtor. Disabling an account from purchasing is a lame excuse .especially since I was able to purchase cartel coins that very same day. I emailed swtor ,I emailed ea. Can't connect in game as it tells me I am preferred when I Obviously accord to my account history for purchases shows my 2 month sub. Again I have attached proof of payment. As you see in the attachments the issue is on swtor / Ea side of things. You want people to subscribe yet swtor/Ea is stealing funds and then not honoring there said agreement with consumers.
this is incredibly frustrating, there should be an official statement regarding this issue, as it seems to affect a lot of people.
That is the same error I got, after the failed payments showed in history. I had to change cards in order to finally get the sub to go.

Hello. I also is unable to purchase anything in SWTOR. As I appealed to SWTOR support, they answered that reason is that my EA account is blocked. I was surprised that this account is ever linked to my SWTOR one. I created it much earlier and used for playing other games in Origin store. And yes, right now library on my origin account is empty. Please check why my account could be blocked. Case number provided by SWTOR support is 60994929.

An interesting thing is that I wasnt able to subscribe through the google chrome, mozilla firefox or the internet explorer, microsofft edge however worked.
Hello, I live in Trinidad and Tobago, I've tried purchasing subscription but instead, the system says that I've already had a purchase subscriber pass when I don't. I managed to The Subscriber transcription that I tried purchasing was the 180 Day access for 12.99, and continuously I get invalid results. Can you look into this situation for me please?

How long is the wait typically? I'm hearing 10-15 days for CS to get back via email. Also, the game will be down for maintenance soon I think I saw June 2 on the notice and I'm wondering if these issues will be addressed in the upcoming update.
Swtor CS advise there is no issue with your account GalaxyCrate, try another web browser or clear the cache and cookies on the one you use is best at present.

Swtor CS see no purchase attempt for that account , maybe try a different web browser ?

I have the same problems as all the players before me, I was sub, didn't touch anything, the game unsubbed me and then I cannot resub BUT when I tried with the 60 days it still has been charged on my bank account but nothing changed!!!
If as you say, is something on our side, they're stil gladly take my money..
I've tried changing both password, EA and SWTOR, Using different browser, tried on my phone too, nothing...
My SWTOR username is Dytsu
Is anyone have any news about this issue ? Because, right now I ain't going to play this game again until this is fixed.
