Cannot Subscribe

Hello! My SWTOR username is Ryukai_Darksong I needed to subscribe again because my previous subscription expired. But every time I click on the subscription plan I want to purchase it takes me to a...

    @Shadowbanshee8 

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona ryukaidarksong (not Shadowbanshee8) that account uses a AOL email address

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

    My username is Zeeblers and I’m unable to subscribe, every time I try to pay it says ‘An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}’. This has been happening for a few days and I have changed password on ea and swtor. I have also changed email addresses in case this was causing an issue.

      Support are refunding that purchase , so that will process back once it closes in their system

      You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona declanlyne (not InstigatorOfWar) that account uses the same hotmail email as on your swtor account

      use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword ( using the swtor email ) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

      for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

      Once that account has had a password reset you can repurchase and it will work as intended

        I have a problem too. I am a returning player and i tried to subscribe but everytime im doing it I get the same info:SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic. Please check back again soon, or visit our Twitter account for details! I simply dont know what to do. Pls help
