can't access payment history

Question

I wanted to edit my subscription for whatever reason the site doesn't show me as having one and I'm getting this error upon trying to look at payment history.

There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.

I'm still being charged for the sub but the SWTOR website seems to be acting up and as far as I know I never linked this EA account to my SWTOR account.

SWTOR username is Scorchedchaos if that helps

Edit: the emails for both accounts are the same

You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can assist you fixing the account issue you have&nbsp;

The linked EA account is not the account your posting on for awareness, using the same email does not create a linkage.
