Can't buy a subscription

The swtor site keeps giving me the following error when I try to buy game time.  My card people are telling me there is nothing wrong with my card. 

"We're unable to process your order at this time due to an issue with your provided payment method.  Please use a different payment method to complete your order, or try again later."

I have tried two different cards, and they both work everywhere else in the universe. Please advise.
