Stuck on loading screen
Hi, I'm having trouble getting past the loading screen, just after pressing the Play button. I tried some steps from previous forum posts, but none of them worked. *ALT+ENTER *Direct x9 *Updated drivers *Modify lines in client_settings file -FullScreen = false -D3DFullScreen = false -RefreshRate = 60 *Delete settings file *Delete SWTOR - SWTORPerf folders *Repair and reinstall This is the first time I've installed it on this new PC. None of the options have worked for me. Do you know of any other alternatives?Solved105Views0likes5CommentsCant log in or change my password

I recently decided to play some swtor after several years. Back then I first played the game directly through the launcher, then I came back some time later and played with Steam. I guess I must have linked some account to the Steam account but I am not sure if it was my old one or if I made a new one. It is certain that I played on Steam since I have some achievements there. So today I downloaded the game via Steam. Naturally I didn't remember what my Display Name was, so I searched through my emails and found the account (the original one). Entered the name and password but the launcher says "We can't log you in, Please double-check you're using the Steam account you usually play on and try again." When I log in through my browser to swtor.com I can see my account with my old characters still but the account says it is not linked to any Steam account. Is there a way to find out which SWTOR account is linked to my Steam? I don't really care which account works, I just want to be able to access the game. Also a weird thing: my Steam says I have around 15 hours in the game but I have 26 unlocked achievements including achievements for story missions for Jedi Knight (8 planets and some chapters), Sith Warrior, Jedi Consular and Agent. This suggests that I actually must have linked my original old account to Steam since I doubt this amount of content could be played in under 15 hours. Can't connect to the server.
After not playing for a year i decided to come back and play again. Game downloaded and connected normally the first time, but after i created new character (last available slot) i can't connect to the server anymore. I can connect to every other server just fine, but not my main one.128Views0likes5CommentsCan't redeem code
I can't redeem a game time card for my account it says " "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance." I can't contact them ingame because I'm not subscribed, I cant call them because I have a problem speaking. Why is there no chat and/or email support?36Views0likes1CommentRequest To Unlink SWTOR Account from Steam
Hello, I would like to request the removal of the old SWTOR account that is currently linked to my Steam account. I no longer have access to that old SWTOR account and I would like to create a new one, but I am unable to do so because my Steam account is still linked to the previous SWTOR account. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the email or username used with that old SWTOR account. Could you please help me unlink my Steam account from the old SWTOR account so that I can start fresh with a new one? Thank you in advance for your assistance. I have attached screenshots of my Steam profile and SWTOR game page to help verify that I previously played the game through this Steam account.Paid Subscription but account still shows free to play
Hello! I am sure this might be a common problem, but I have purchased my sub yesterday and I still have it on free to play rn. I heard some people in game say that it might be my ea and swotr email to be different? I have recently changed my email to the one I have on EA. Is there something I need to do extra for my account to be recognized? Thank you in advance!57Views0likes4Comments
