cant buy swotor subscription
greetings i want to get back into swotor but it seems it doesnt want me to buy subscription giving me an error can anyone help?

Swtor username is needed to check the account , just be aware it will be Tuesday before support are back online due to Monday is a holiday for them
English phone line should be open though on Monday
