Can't buy SWTOR subscription

Question

HiI'm a returning player and I can't purchase a subscription for some reason. This issue has kind of persisted ever since I bought the game back in 2011.My account name is HyperKatoa, email is the same here as for that account.The error message I get is:&nbsp;"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."Thanks.

To fix the account You can try to reset the password on the&nbsp;linked EA account&nbsp;that account still uses the Live.se&nbsp;mail that was used until recently&nbsp;on the swtor account&nbsp;

use this link&nbsp;(insert the Live.se email address into that link)&nbsp;to reset the password&nbsp;then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
