you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open to update the email to one that can get the otp emails

How do i contact them from a different country, do I have to pay or start a trial on viber for example? I don't understand why EA obliterated the support system for this game, I remeber it was pretty bad when I was a kid and now the only way I can get in contact with the support staff is having to call-out with a third party paid service.

The login issue on the launcher is likely due to the Brazil Age Verification not being done on your swtor account yet , however you need the OTP to login on the swtor account to do that too.
