Cant call Customer Service on my country (Brazil)

Today my account was suspended saying that it was violated or something and locked down.
I ran a security scan and nothing was found,but i cant contact the Customer Service here in my country,there is no phone number associated to it and the US/UK are not working for some reason.
Isnt there a way via Email or something to get my account back?

There are 2 types of bans, ones that are a security concern and CS on the phone "can" help with, the other is a ban for violating the TOS and even CS on the phone cant help and is only handled by a disputes team with bioware and that email is provided in the email to the account holder.

if the email you got said to call and their was no email then it has to be the first one and it is by phone only

skype should work for sure

i tried calling in both the US and UK lines,but it didnt go through.

Lines are closed now on my calculations, try calling in the middle of the listed open times, if you ring when closed a recorded message should be given.

not sure if you are - 2 or -3 GMT so its 9:36pm for you now and the lines closed at 9pm according to my calcs

44 is the UK country code and 203 0141 826 just to clarify their number, so your IDD code needs to go in front

i tried calling them around 15:30 PM GMT -3, but i will try skyping them tomorrow and will return here if nothing happens.
Isnt there any email to contact them about this? or only the telephones?
