If a router / reboot does not fix this, then you are best waiting it should come good on its own.
If it isnt the server fell over (havent checked) a pathing issue on the net is likely and it will auto correct eventually

It's been about 2 hours and nothing. I find it weird is just the West Coast servers i can't connect. It could be time zone related (guessing because tried everything i know/found on forum).
It can be region related and likely the only way to connect is via a VPN
If a BGP route has dropped it can take up to 24 hours to correct
Edit - just logged into Harbinger from Australia so servers are good, best advice is wait.
Well, i'll try again tomorrow. Hopefully it will fix. The only thing is the nuisance of being blocked of the game for some region related problem. Don't know much about VPN so won't try it for now.
