cant defeat master vaylin's spirit

my chr gunslinger

with 236 gear and I have the attuned unified beliefs of satele and mar blaster

cant have any companions, so no heroic moments.


vaylin keeps on freezing me far too much and escape is on a far too long of a timer and nearly killing me.


most of my attacks are behind a shield, but with my health flying down far too fast I cant stay there.


and on top of all that, there was only 3 times I was able to get her health down to about a quarter left and then stops me from running again then kicks me off the platform and have to start all over again.

and during the fight, cant use my guns while running, cause I get an error cant see target, and if I stop to turn to shoot, she is back on top of me keeping me there while she takes my health until Im dead,  and if so mearical Im still alive, she is freezing me yet again to finish me off

vaylin is set far too hard with 236 gear solo, and no companions to call out to help you and as its your own story, I sure to cant get a few friends to help you, where would they go it get in your instance

this kind of this has really got me upset, and with this chapter being out this long and she is this hard, I dont have any faith of seeing this fixed

    All i recall is if you attack from a distance that damage is reflected back onto you so you need to be beside her when attacking.

    you also need to use an interrupt on her force slam and always run to a wall on oer overload so the knockback doesnt fly you off

    Have you tried inviting someone to help you ? you can invite someone to team for other kotfe / kotet missions so not sure if this one is different.

    edit - To summon help, right-click their portrait while you are in a group and choose “Summon Group for Story Quest”. This option was added with 4.0.

    been there done that and she kills me, the green healing doesn't come out fast enough for me, and they around counterclockwise, and I try to run clockwize to try and grab before Im dead

    with me constantly running to catch the next healing cause I health is too far down to even think about throwing a grenade, or turn to shoot a lesser hit cause Im not behind a shield, (no time for that, gotta keep running away to catch the next healing) cause she keeps in stunning me and hits me with a sledge hammer, all I can try to do is run and hope I live to get that healing ring, and with me wearing 236 gear and Im still running? and then to be kicked off the platform, there is something wrong

    I invited a friend to help me get vaylin, I used a group summons to the story mode, and even though vaylin kicked me off the platform my jedi friend was able to defeat her
