Can't enter verification-code for Security Key on new phone

I'm a sub, but the usual channels have so far been less than helpful. Got new phone, followed the steps as instructed by the EA FAQ: removed key from account, removed key-app from phone, installed...

Now it really ticks me off that support wasn't helpful...

Should be good, one indicator of the older app is it is numbers only .... hence it doesn't accept the letters
