Cant exit a kotfe mission

Can you try and elaborate on what is occurring ? is the cutscene stopping ? have you tried lowering all gfx settings to low if that is the case ?

Sounds like your in Chapter I of Knights of the Fallen Empire. After you are freed from Carbonite you do not have access to your old companions. But you should have Lana as companion for (most of) the chapter. 

 Be aware that you cannot reset missions while inside of phase. If you lost Lana or are stuck somehow use your emergency fleet pass (you should find this in your abilities) and travel to the fleet. You can reset and restart the chapter/mission once you are outside of phases.
