Before trying what you just suggested I figured I'd try it on another PC (my laptop), which is actually worse than my stationary. And I'm actually using the exact same files as I did for my stationary cause I've installed the game on a USB external hard drive. So I just popped it on on my * laptop and logged in. AND IT WORKED. I have no idea why. It's lagging and it's almost unplayable (cause * laptop). But at least it got me onto the imperial fleet.
And no, I hadn't altered any files at all this time.
This isn't making any sense.
are you saying your playing the game on both systems from a removable hdd ?

If you run into this again
If one system causes an issue and the other doesnt lower all gfx settings next time, the main diference is they will have different app data folders and different client_setting files located in the appdata area
- 6 years ago@proxos666 Exactly! And it works on my * laptop with the same files but not on my stationary PC.
And I tried the thing you suggested previously (cache) and it didn't work either.- proxos6666 years agoHero+
with the game and launcher not running
Press the [Windows] Key + [R] at the same time
Copy the following in to the text box and press ok
