Can't log in to SWTOR

Morning, 

I got an email today saying that my username will be released as I've not logged in for a year, upon logging in it won't let me because my security key is apparently invalid which, the phone is sync'ed and on the same time as the servers according to the app and the website now recommends that I use google authentication.

The website and forums say to contact UK customer support to get the key removed but when I phone it just saying customer support are unavailable, so I'm at a loss. I like to login occasionally but after used the swtor authentication app for years recommended by the website I am not logged out and can't raise customer support.

Does anyone have some advice how to proceed?
