@proxos666 I've had this account since launch and have never used done any such nefarious activities. I haven't at all violated the TOS I can assure that this is some kind of mistake.

However they wont deal with TOS violations from the studio, there should be an email address like swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com
- @proxos666 I've read through the email and I can say with guaranteed certainty that these charges have been falsely placed upon my account, I've already responded to the email but I don't think that my I'll be given a very fair resolution because almost all account bans stay permanent, even the ones that're unfair..
