i loaded up the game for the first time through steam, i made an account but the game is saying "We can't log you in. Please double-check you're using the Steam account you usually play on and try again"
i googled it and its telling me i have to relink my steam account to my SWTOR account, i went on the website and it said i have no steam account linked and i cant play what do i do
They need to look for another swtor account that may belong to you, if someone else has linked it to that steam account it is hard to know this though
they are correct in that your swtor account is not linked to steam and can use that account to link to steam, it needs to be a steam account that doesnt have another swtor account already linked though
The support service can't help with this. I've been calling them for 4 days in a row, they say that everything is unlinked, I can use my account to link to steam, but the error will remain.
you get that message when
another swtor account is already linked to that steam account
or
another steam account is already linked to that swtor account
given you cant see a steam account linked it must be the other, you could call swtor support and see if they can locate another swtor account
