can't log to a character
Hello, I can't login to my main character in my account, it is stucked in my Yavin Stronghold and the loading bar stops at the half of the bar, i had this same issue in agust and the CSR team solved it fast and clean by teleporting it to the Imperial Fleet. But this time 6 days have passed, and i get no answer from the CSR team (kinda frustrating cause is my main character).
Is there any other way to contact the CSR team (not via phone cause I will have to pay a telephone call outside my country), or maybe some way to teleport the character outside the stronghold?
The character is: Thraken Harkorian Sith Sorceror level 65, the server is: Europe (The Progenitor)

The only way to fix this is via an in-game ticket. CSR via phone, forum, etc cannot resolve this. If you have submitted an in-game ticket then would just need to wait for a response from that. Average turn around for a ticket response is about 2 - 4 weeks but could be sooner or later just depends.
