Can't login in my SWTOR account.

I forgot my password, but every time I try to change it, it tells me that my security key is wrong or the code has expired. I’ve tried this multiple times over the past few days, and I’m not sure what’s wrong. It might be due to the security key, which I no longer have access to, and I need help removing it. Who should I speak with to get this resolved?
