Can't login to SWTor.com or the SWTOR launcher

I just made an account (free to play) so I could play this game with friends. I downloaded the launcher but it keeps saying display name or password incorrect. I tried to login to the website and it says login failed. I'm typing in my display name and password correctly. I don't want to have to make a new account. I also haven't set up the email and other info yet since I just made the account on the website. The customer service says subscriber only. I tried calling but got no help. What can I do?

    I haven't logged in for a while...  like, I tried the free trial back when it first came out and decided it was too broken to pay for at the time.

    Fast forward to now and I've decided to give the game another go. My account name is still registered since it will not let me make a new account using that name. I tried to log in with my old password and it doesn't work. So, I tried to log in with my current EA password. It doesn't work either. I then tried to recover my password and it's not sending any recovery emails.
