Can't pay on SWTOR.com

I did restore my account with the link you've suggested, also confirmed it with the email I've been sent.
Unfortunately the issue still persists when trying to purchase with Prepaid Paysafe Cards. I've even done so in an incognito tab.
But still.. I do not get the opportunity to even enter a code, instead it just keeps saying "Thank you for placing your order" and provides me with a empty receipt.
Could my Email provider be at fault? And if yes, how would I even fix it? I've invested quite some money and time on this account already, so obviously making a new account with a different email is unattractive, unless there's a way to change my linked email account.
support suggests giving them a call , it would appear you attempted to use the prepaid cards when the account was disabled ( account is good now though )
you may need to determine if the money on the prepaid cards has been consumed , when the account is disabled gametime will not add to the account

The issue is, that I don't even get the option to enter the code of my Prepaid card and PayPal account. I select my option, press "Pay Now' without getting the option to type anything in
