Hard stuck in Tytun Rings

I was playing the Imperial Agent story, on Chapter 3, and I reached the point when you're sent to board the Tytun Rings. When I tried to board the ship (clicking the airlock door in my spaceship), the game got stuck in a loading screen. After a bit I closed the game and tried to log back into my Agent, with no luck. I tried again, managed to log in this time, traveled out of there with the Emergency Fleet Pass.

Then I made the mistake of trying to board the Tytun Rings again, hoping it was a one-time issue, and I managed to get inside. Once inside however, the whole game "behaved" strangely, with two companions popping up then moving slowly, quest makers not updating, NPCs taking minutes to spawn and the game being very unresponsive. So, I closed the game again then tried logging back in as my Agent with no success, even after several attempts. What's worse, trying to log in with the Agent makes it that I can't log in as my other characters in my server (Darth Malgus), although that seems to fix itself after a while (15-20 minutes?).

This is extremely strange for me, since I don't remember ever having any issues with this game, no crashes or anything, but it's my first time doing this story arc. What could I do?
