Cant redeem codes

I can't redeem code, subscribe. I save the same messege over and over again. That there is a problem with my EA account. Tried to reset password and nothing. The worst part is that i have a code for ...

If the linked ea account is deleted, swtor will usually lock the associated swtor account as it is then permanently broken for purchasing

Deleting your EA Account will permanently break your Pogo or SW:TOR account. We cannot restore Pogo or SW:TOR accounts when this happens, so we recommend you keep your account active or temporarily deactivate it.

and if i changed e mail on the linked account i need to change it back to make everything work again?

    @Xibalras 

    You can have different emails and passwords on the linked ea account and swtor account , they do not need to be the same
