you can try and reset the password on the linked ea account, to find the email used on the linked ea account , login to your account on swtor.com and go to the cartel coin page, at the bottom of that page is a link to manage billing, on that billing page is an email address that will be the email used on the linked ea account
if you cant resolve the account issue you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open
