Can't redeem deluxe code
Hello support,
I hope you can please resolve this issue immediately for my SWTOR account.
I bought a deluxe package off of my origin account [edit: email address removed].
Then this gave me the code to redeem via www.swtor.com/redeem/game for my account [edit: email address removed].
I tried redeeming this, and then it states “Validation error” and now I’m screwed.
Basically now it states that my code is already used.
I checked my account and I’m still only a preferred account, with no subscription attached.
Can you please fix this immediately since I now paid 30$ CAD for nothing.

I sent the above to the email address [edit: email address removed] but would like to put it here as well in case this assists in the process.
Will chase it up when they come online in about 7 - 8 hrs , i would expect they will sort it out during that shift
