Can't redeem the code
Can't redeem the code, getting the error:
There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance.
I tried to reset the password on my 2 EA accounts as proposed in other similar posts, but it didn't help. Thing is I don't remember which EA account is linked to my SWTOR account (if any). Can't call the support line since I'm not in any of the countires listed on the Support Contact Information page. How can I determine which EA account is linked if there is one anyway?
Solved by visiting https://help.ea.com/en/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked/ - didn't know that before 2019 when you created SWTOR account you got EA account created using the same email too. After changing the password on that EA account I was able to redeem the code.
