Can't remove key and can't contact EA (Advisers not available via phone)

Hello,

I have not played for some time and have lost my keyfob for my login key it doesn't give me the option to remove it and EA support is unavailable (Tells me there is no one to answer the call and hangs up).

Any idea how I can get help?
