Can't reset password

I'm looking at getting back into SWTOR after many years. I know my login info, but when I try to log in it says it is incorrect. I also can't reset the password. I suspect it it because I had an authenticator on the account but I cannot recover that. I have looked up how to reset my authenticator but when I try, none of the solutions work.

I'd rather not create a brand new account and miss all the pre-order things on my account from all those years ago!
