you can email support@swtor.com , but for password login issues they will ask you to call to verify as the owner of the account

failing that your only remaining option is to make a new swtor account

support recommend a friend calls on your behalf as long as you are there to provide the responses to prove account ownership otherwise they suggest using a text to speech program

with swtor all account issues are by phone, there is no discrimination regarding being subscribed or not , subscription status is irrelevant
