Hello. It seems i cant retrive my account because i dont have my old security key. Not sure what i need to do. I can reset mypassword but it still tells me to get a security key wich i cant get.
There is this Help Center articles specifically for the security key. (for attaching and removing the key).
If that fails give CS a call (Link to numbers) they can assist removing the key manually.
It appears the facility to remove the security key using a one time password is no longer available.
I cannot find my serial number to restore the security key app on my phone.

I called CS who helped to remove the key so that I could set it up again, this time saving the activation code somewhere safer.
They did try to tell me to that I was wrong when I told them that I did not see this when I tried to log in.
I tried various browsers, but the "Lost Your Security Key?" link does not ever appear, as such the help page is not accurate.
Customer Support are quick to tell customers that they are wrong or that it is a problem at the customer end.
I am pretty sure that the website and the Customer Support systems are just woefully out of sync with each other, which results in contradictory information for customers.

I can say if i try to remove my security key , i do see the link as displayed to remove it, so for me it is correct.
Why some accounts do not see this or why I am not sure, but as you found calling CS to remove is the way to go if that is the case.
