Can't run Star Wars the Old Republic on Windows 10

Hi everyone,

I'm writting this post because I've tried reinstall, run the launcher on compatibility mode, etc., and nothing happened.

I can open the launcher and Log-In into my SWTOR account, but once the button "play" is ready to be pressed, I do it, and then the resolution turns to 800x600 (i think) and the screen tunrs black, so the game seems to be loading, but it suddenly shut down and the application closes.

So I can't even start the game.

I hope you could fix or give me any solution.

Thanks to everyone, I have fixed the problem.
The final solution was to update the drivers, and the BIOS of my cumputer.

However, thanks you for your help.

When the resolution lowers try pressing ALT + Enter Keys

Thanks for your answer... But sadly it didn't work.
The game still closing suddenly and I can't play ☹️.
I really don't know what can be the problem.
Please help.

Try to load the game again and when it does happen press Alt + Enter twice. If that doesn't work, I would review the following guide for installing the game on a Windows 10 machine here
